I’m thrilled that Annette is coming back to The Headshot Works to help me refine some new lighting strategies. She was one of the first clients to pass through the doors. She came in for some new modeling headshots which turned out great and quickly made it to the website. After shooting the headshots we tried some moodier lighting setups like the one here. While I shoot my normal headshots with a blast of light, this setup consisted of one soft box on the right with a small fill on the left. The trick was setting the left fill light so it looked almost invisible. With the photos from The Headshot Works her modeling career is taking off and she’s been booking new gigs. Awesome!
