Joanne came into The Headshot Works looking to get great headshot images. She realizes that in today’s economy, keeping yourself out there with quality images puts you above the crowd.
Joanne’s story was especially interesting to me because it is typically American. By typically American I mean that in America our families came from somewhere else (except for native Americans but that’s another blog post). Joanne’s family came here from Vietnam by way of Indonesia. Both of her parents escaped the fighting during the Vietnam war as “boat people” but separately. They actually met in the U.S. Now, Joanne and her siblings are the beneficiaries of that arduous journey and are thriving in the U.S.
